About El Burladero
El Restaurante El Burladero abrió sus puertas en el año de 1974 por Don Onésimo Sánchez Jiménez, en un modesto local ubicado en la 13 sur y 17 poniente, debido al éxito del establecimiento, opto por trasladarse a un local más grande sobre la misma 13 sur 1503, años más tarde se traslada en la misma colonia del barrio de Santiago, a las instalaciones de la 17 sur 1305, durando doce años, y es en diciembre del 2013 cuando se cambia al barrio del Refugio con la finalidad de establecerse en un negocio, con más servicios para sus comensales, y guardando celosamente sus recetas, preparándolas exactamente como en antaño, para poder ofrecerlas a sus invitados y comensales.
La misión del restaurante es ofrecer sus recetas originales de la auténtica comida típica poblana con un excelente servicio.
Ampliar nuestro mercado a más familias ya que contamos con nuevas instalaciones y eso permite brindarle mayor comodidad y buen servicio.
