★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí con mis hijos a un lugar llamado "El caballo de Villa" un restaurante ofrece comida con menú ejecutivo y cantina. El mesero nos hizo esperar más de 15 minutos antes de acercarse a nosotros a pesar de que no había más de otra mesa ocupada al momento. Nos tomo la orden después de servir bebidas y tomar la orden de los comensales de 2 mesas que se ocuparon después de la nuestra. Cuando le pedimos barbacoa, con cinismo y riendo,nos dijo que ya no había (a pesar de habernosla ofrecido inicialmente), porque se las llevaría a los comensales que llegaron después. Al decirle que entonces nos retiraríamos, el mesero dijo "que le daba placer que nos retirabamos".
 I went with my children to a place called "El Caballo de Villa" a restaurant that offers food with an executive menu and a canteen. The waiter made us wait more than 15 minutes before approaching us even though there were no more than one other table occupied at the time. We take the order after serving drinks and take the order from the diners at 2 tables that were taken after ours. When we asked for barbecue, cynically and laughing, he told us that there was no longer (despite having offered it initially), because he would take them to the diners who came later. Telling him that we would be retiring then, the waiter said "he was pleased that we were retiring."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es muy rica, da una vista bonita al Kiosco de Villa, el mesero que nos atendió y el dueño del lugar muy atentos a sí nos faltaba algo o estábamos bien.
Los precios son accesibles.
The food is very tasty, it gives a beautiful view of the Villa Kiosk, the waiter who served us and the owner of the place were very attentive to whether we were missing something or we were fine.
The prices are affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delicia de lugar. El dueño Betto Barrera es un tipazo con años de experiencia culinaria que con gusto te presume si le llegas a preguntar, empezando por su foto con Pelé y muchas otras celebridades que se muestran en su restaurante.
La comida deliciosa, con un exquisito sabor. Mis favoritos los chilaquiles con carne asada. Pero el servicio y atención de los meseros es lo que sin duda que obliga a querer regresar, esto armonizado con el encanto de la vista al centro del pueblo de Villas del Carbón.
Solo recuerda llevar paraguas, suele ser un clima boscoso, lo cual al menos a mí me fascina.
A delightful place. The owner Betto Barrera is a great guy with years of culinary experience who will gladly show you if you ask him, starting with his photo with Pelé and many other celebrities that are displayed in his restaurant.
Delicious food, with an exquisite taste. My favorites are the chilaquiles with carne asada. But the service and attention of the waiters is what undoubtedly forces you to want to return, this harmonized with the charm of the view to the center of the town of Villas del Carbón.
Just remember to bring an umbrella, it is usually a wooded climate, which at least fascinates me.
