I felt it was a bit expensive for what it was, but at least they give complimentary food when you order it, like shrimp soup and guacamole. The service was quite slow, I think it took an hour to prepare our dish and it was a bit disappointing, so I think there are better places to eat than this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large square with beautiful buildings surrounding it. We got to see the taking down of the flag which was phenomenal. It was a whole production. After that was some kind of group biking situation where hundreds of people on bikes went for a ride.
