★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is pretty, but the food is pretty bad. We got 2 dishes and both were drowning in a flavorless orange sauce and filled with dried out chicken. We think we would have done better at the taco joint across the street. So far, worst meal on this trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasteless, dry tacos. Meat was terrible and we had to ask for sauce or something else as the taco had nothing at all but this dry meat. Texture like tuna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good restaurant with a beautiful ambience. I stopped by for lunch and asked for the vegetable dishes. Since they didn’t have any pure vegetable dishes, they offered to prepare some steamed/cooked vegetables which I took. Toilets were clean and in a good condition; staff was friendly and helpful. Typically Mexican, this place is probably the better option for meat lovers, but since there apparently aren’t any health food restaurants in Chiapa de Corzo, this option was as good as any for my lunch break.
