Excellent service! Very tasty meals with affordable prices, very nice and comfortable rooms, they make a looooooooooooooooooo loooong wood-fired pizza, recommended! Too nice a place to go to rest.

Amazing!!! I loved the place !! It is very comfortable to spend a weekend in the forest with family and friends. The service very good and all the staff super friendly, I highly recommend it.

Disappointing. The room has neither a chair nor a place to work, there is no trash can, the sink faucet leaked, the bathroom door did not close. And the breakfast, the worst. More than an hour waiting for something to be served that was not worth it and excessively EXPENSIVE as well as the rooms. I attended a social event where the food was poorly prepared. As for the rooms, they seem fine until you know the price, I did not think they were rooms of 2,000 a night ($ 100 dls), for the cleaning the next day it was very late and it was not 100, they did not even give us towels for a shower the next day, I had to go ask for it. The owner of the hotel was the organizer of an event I went to and the food service was very bad, the food was either raw or burned, tasteless and delayed. For breakfast (which was the worst) they took more than 1 hour to be able to serve the food and charge $ 250 MXN for some chilaquiles of bagged tortilla chips with a poor sauce on top and flavorless egg and with so little quantity, a brand coffee Super concentrated "legal" and a pittance of fruit on a platter? absolutely nothing worth it, and finish with an orange "juice" from tetrapack. I absolutely cannot recommend this place, look for another option. They do not have the capacity to serve more than 25 people for a breakfast so simple that you can make it a night before so that you do not get caught in a rush, and above all that you arrive at the mere hour to do everything because none of your employees arrive on time. .

Terrible service, food burned and raw. Breakfast was the worst. Really 250 pesos for an egg and some chips dipped in sauce? A mineral water at 80 pesos? The place is just fine, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Really if you have the opportunity, go elsewhere. Zero recommended.
