★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy recomendable para divertirse. La comida es buena y los costos son accesibles.
La higiene del lugar es buena respecto de área para clientes. No se tuvo la oportunidad de observar área de staff. Baños limpios.
El personal es amable, solo cuando tienen mesas llenas (local lleno) el servicio se vuelve algo lento y la atención al cliente baja un tanto.
Hay servicio de bebidas para distintos gustos y costos. En general recomendable para cantar, una cita con amigos o un pre copeo ameno para iniciar la noche.
Cabe mencionar que se accede mediante elevador o escaleras (esta en un 2do nivel), el estacionamiento es en sotano, es seguro.
 It is a highly recommended place to have fun. The food is good and the costs are affordable.
The hygiene of the place is good regarding the customer area. There was no opportunity to observe staff area. Clean bathrooms.
The staff is friendly, only when they have full tables (full place) the service becomes a bit slow and the customer service drops a bit.
There is a drink service for different tastes and costs. Generally recommended for singing, a date with friends or a pleasant pre-drink to start the night.
It is worth mentioning that it is accessed by elevator or stairs (it is on the 2nd level), the parking is in the basement, it is safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son aceptables. A partir de las 9 se llena, por lo que hay que reservar o llegar temprano. Puede pasar que no pongan la canción que pediste para el karaoke :(
Prices are acceptable. After 9 it fills up, so you have to make a reservation or arrive early. It may happen that they don't play the song you asked for karaoke :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar tiene muy buen ambiente (pero por los comensales). No me gustó o no volvería debido al servicio al cliente.
Nunca nos llegó la carta para saber que cócteles ofrecían y como fuimos por un cumpleaños únicamente pedimos 2 cervezas y nos fuimos. Además una mesera me llevo un trago que yo no pedí y seguía insistiendo que era para mí hasta que la persona que lo pidió se acercó y le dijo que era de ella ( La mesera de lo más prepotente).
Si van con muchos amigos y todos piden ya sea una cubeta o un servicio, quizás lo disfruten pero si van y cada quien pide su trago es muy difícil que los atiendan debido a que el servicio es pésimo pero ojalá lo mejoren.
The place has a great atmosphere (but because of the diners). Didn't like it or wouldn't go back due to customer service.
The letter never arrived to know what cocktails they offered and since we went for a birthday we only ordered 2 beers and left. Also, a waitress took me a drink that I didn't order and kept insisting that it was for me until the person who asked came over and said it was hers (the most arrogant waitress).
If you go with many friends and they all ask for either a bucket or a service, they may enjoy it but if they go and everyone asks for their drink it is very difficult for them to attend them because the service is terrible but I hope they improve it.
