★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zona exclusiva, con seguridad. Acceso no muy accesible. Bastante tranquilo, excelente apariencia, áreas comunes adecuadas y convenientes para pasear o admirar. Pavimentación de mal a pésimo estado en algunos puntos. Poca consideración al momento de hacer reparaciones. Costo alto. La mayoría de la gente que habíta ahí es bastante prepotente y déspota.
Exclusive area, with security. Access not very accessible. Fairly quiet, great appearance, adequate and convenient common areas to stroll or admire. Paving from bad to terrible condition in some places. Little consideration when making repairs. High cost. Most of the people who live there are quite overbearing and despotic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento se ve seguro, aunque en temporada de lluvias la via no es tan buena. Los vecinos en general son tranquilos y se tiene zonas verdes y recreativas en buen estado.
The subdivision looks safe, although in the rainy season the road is not so good. The neighbors in general are quiet and there are green and recreational areas in good condition.

The rest areas for residents are very nice, only the common areas such as the basketball court, it is a bit neglected, they just paved everything, it turned out very well
