★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, 40 minutos para unas simples sincronizadas, para un niño de 5 años, una pasta acompañada únicamente de un pan y un corte de carne que jamás llegó, terminé cancelando el corte, y al final me quieren cobrar 2 pastas, lo más irónico es que éramos los únicos clientes.
Al presentar mi queja, me dicen que solo hay una cocinera y una estufa ya no sirve, es que de verdad nunca me había pasado algo así.
 Terrible service, 40 minutes for a simple synchronized, for a 5-year-old, a pasta accompanied only by bread and a cut of meat that never arrived, I ended up canceling the cut, and in the end they want to charge me 2 pasta, the most ironic thing is that we were the only customers.
When I presented my complaint, they told me that there was only one cook and a stove no longer worked, it was that something like this had never really happened to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desayunamos dos días y siempre excelente, la atención es muy buena y la cocina es muy buena, el café es muy bueno y ellos mismos lo producen, ubicado en el centro de Coatepec, si viaja a esta comunidad no deje de visitarlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio por parte del personal te queda a deber muchísimo los meseros tienen un servicio lentísimo, de lo que ofrecen en la carta la mitad lo tienen y la otra mitad no, el mobiliario está en pésimas condiciones las sillas prácticamente rotas y aun así las tienen en servicio, el restaurante estaba prácticamente vacío cuando fuimos y aún así tardaron un montón en entregar lo que pedimos, la comida tenía buen sabor, pero nada del otro mundo, podrían mejorar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es agradable pero su administración es muy lenta y poco organizada, 45 minutos en espera para un par de platillos sencillos, entregan el QR después de varios minutos esperando la carta, confundieron mi orden de un capuchino por un frapuccino (hacía frío). Se agradecería un poco de iluminación en días con poca luz natural.
The place is nice but its administration is very slow and unorganized, 45 minutes waiting for a couple of simple dishes, they deliver the QR after several minutes waiting for the menu, they mistook my order of a cappuccino for a frapuccino (it was cold). A little lighting would be appreciated on days with little natural light.
