La segunda me dieron puro hueso y la carne que tenía estaba seca. Las salsas horribles. I ordered take out 2 times. In the first one they did not give me tortillas and when I asked for them the lady who makes them told me that she was not lazy because of not making them. The second they gave me pure bone and the meat I had was dry. Horrible sauces.

Buena carne, buen consome, del primer extracto del horno, calidad difícil de conseguir. La espaldilla es un obligatorio y el consome con pata también! Lo único malo es que no tienen Boing en su menú y tienen el pésimo delvalle fruit. I have toured many places to try hidalgo style barbecue and this is one of the places where they have the quality necessary to excel. Good meat, good consommé, from the first extract from the oven, quality difficult to obtain. The shoulder is a must and the consome with leg too! The only bad thing is that they don't have boing on their menu and they have lousy delvalle fruit.
