This place was a super relaxing trip. With the thermal pools and the river besides it. It was all very relaxing and at a reasonable price. Brought meat and charcoal and cooked it in the grills they have in the park. Great place for a picnic.

I've been coming to this place for almost 20 years, and the best of it is the thermal pool as it's unique to other places. The place also has regular pools with different depths for everyone to enjoy. As the place is in the middle of the jungle it's impossible to avoid facing a weird bugs or scape from the mosquitoes, but the staff keeps the area as clean as possible. And they are always nice (the staff, not the bugs) The bad side is the food in the restaurant, it's barely good enough to eat if you consider that is basically your only option. Food takes long to get prepared and sometimes it's served cold. I've experienced many times food that is clearly at least two days old and the price is high if you consider the quality. On the other hand the staff is always nice. The hotel rooms are simple but enough. Two beds, shower and TV. Make sure your satellite tv works as sometimes it does not and you'll get nothing but blue screen. The A/C is little noisy but works just fine. Keep in mind the place doesn't offer WiFi, so right before entering to the resort you'll get totally disconnected from the outside world. The prices for the rooms have been increasing and they used to offer breakfasts for each guest but not anymore, so the satisfaction for what you get over what you paid has been decreasing, but overall the hotel rooms are ok.

The nature is excellent water is wonderful. Very very healthy. However the price is no good is so expensive for I little thing only bathroom is all. There are diferente pool but the people prefer the sulfuric and naturalthermal spring is the best. However very disappointed the price so expensive to enjoy that place not created but the men.

Love the volcanic sulfuric water, great place to relax.

Maybe it's not big, but I liked that it was clean; of course sulfur smells, but it's from the hot spring, so if it discomforts you I don't recommend you to go. Not crowded; you can rent private dressing rooms, prices are accessible. You can go down into the river, but be careful.
