★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre por UBER EATS, 4 Campechanas cuya descripción indica en la aplicacion el tamaño grande (21 cm) y con un precio que corresponde a ese tamaño incluso un poco mas caro, se muestran en la app bien servidas. Pero muy diferente cuando me llego el pedido me sorprendió que eran unas tortillas de harina tamaño chico (10 cm) mal hechas, con muy poca carne de Res y todavía menos de Trompo (3 trozos pequeños!). En fin un FIASCO. Hable al teléfono que viene en la nota a EL CASTILLO TACOS AND GRILL y sorpresa! , sin ninguna vergüenza me dicen que esos son las campechanas que pedí !!. Asi que pedí devolución al local EL CASTILLO TACOS AND GRILL y no accedieron. Por la negativa , levante un Ticket en UBER EATS para solicitar apoyo y quejarme de este trato y de que sabían mal, muy probablemente estaban en mal estado. Pero ellos (UBER EATS) me dijeron que no podían hacer nada, DEJAN SOLOS A LOS CLIENTES!!!. ASI QUE AGUAS CON UBER EATS Y CON ESTE TIPO DE NEGOCIOS. Cuando el primero no te da el producto por el que pagas, el otro no te respalda, entonces de que se trata?, De fregar al cliente. Yo ya borre la aplicación UBER EATS (porque no te deja darte de baja!!) y solicite la devolución al banco. AGUAS!
