La carne es buena al igual que la atención del personal.
El hecho que el pico de gallo sea mayormente cebolla y que digan que ya no hay cemitas cuando se pide por kilo, me las cambien por tortillas, después de ti lleguen y se lleven cemitas... no está padre, te deja una mala impresión y tristeza profunda.
El precio de los alimentos está ligeramente arriba del promedio pero aceptable.
A theme place like very few in Cholula is nice and clean.
The meat is good as well as the attention of the staff.
The fact that the pico de gallo is mostly onion and that they say that there are no more cemitas when ordering per kilo, they change them for tortillas, after you they arrive and take cemitas... it's not cool, it leaves you with a bad impression and deep sadness.
Food prices are slightly above average but acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing atmosphere inside and phenomenal food. I’ve had every item on their menu and I can tell you that everything they have is delicious! Price is very reasonable too and the place is family owned through generations so they make everything with love and authenticity. If you’re in the mood for tacos al pastor or never tried them, definitely can’t go wrong if you eat there.
