Room door can "barely" be opened. Door is jammed against floor. Not for the weak. (Room #5)
Water pressure in sink (it's a drip, so no hand washing, teeth brushing, etc.).
Shower has 3 knobs, and you can only turn one- You will need to guess which one. Haha. (no hot water).
WiFi does not work in room (need to sit outside restaurant)
No toilet seat.
They ask for 350 pesos, this is not the place to stay. This hotel is more like a 200 pesos hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best food I have had in Yucatan in a small cosy, family-driven restaurant in a small (and hardly significant) Santa Elena! The guacamole itself, made from local (yellow) avocados, thick and itself is worth a trip from Cancun! Cochinita Pibil - marvellous. Highly recommended.

The portions are big but the quality is 3/5 and the price is ok but could be 10-20% cheaper to be fair.
The staff is great 5/5.

The food is fantastic and the owners are awesome. Estella and Miguel are the finest people you will ever meet.
Make sure you order at least SIX pañuchos!! And some pumpkin seed dip.
