★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención al cliente: amables y rápidos.
Bebidas: siempre compro cappuccino y la verdad me gusta mucho como lo preparan.
Repostería: he comprado pastel de platano, maracuya y zanahoria y son deliciosos, la receta nunca varía por lo tanto me genera seguridad comprarlos aquí, aparte de esto he comprado galletas de mantequilla (mis favoritas), pay de piña y brownies, uffffff son deliciosos.
Precios: Mucho más económico que comprar en otras pastelerías populares pero mediocres.
PD: Seguiré comprando, por favor no bajen la calidad de sus productos :')
 Customer service: friendly and fast.
Drinks: I always buy cappuccino and I really like how they prepare it.
Pastry: I have bought banana, passion fruit and carrot cake and they are delicious, the recipe never varies therefore I feel confident buying them here, apart from this I have bought butter cookies (my favorites), pineapple pie and brownies, uffffff they are delicious .
Prices: Much cheaper than buying in other popular but mediocre patisseries.
PS: I will continue to buy, please do not lower the quality of your products: ')

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente pastelería. Yo suelo comprar mucho por Rappi pero es muy común que no esté disponible en la aplicación mientras sí está abierto el local. Es probable que se les pase activarlo. Sugiero revisarlo :) muchas gracias!
Excellent pastry. I usually buy a lot from Rappi but it is very common that it is not available in the application while the store is open. It is likely that they miss activating it. I suggest checking it out :) Thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El domingo a las 4 pedí un panqué de naranja pero ya no tenian, la otra sucursal cierra los domingos entonces deberían programar más panques pues parece ser que son los más comerciales.
On Sunday at 4 I asked for an orange pancake but they didn't have any, the other branch closes on Sundays so they should schedule more pancakes because it seems that they are the most commercial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en la sucursal Los Encinos. Las empleadas no tienen actitud de servicio ni gusto por su trabajo. Compré un brownie y unos cupcakes, los pedí para llevar y una de las empleadas me dijo que no tenían empaques. Después me dijeron que "harían una excepción" y me lo dieron en un empaque tipo unicel que, me dejaron muy en claro, era "carísimo". En realidad yo estaba comprándoles y es una situación ajena al cliente el que cuenten o no con los empaques adecuados cuando se solicita el servicio para llevar. Me parece que se pudieron ahorrar el comentario de mal gusto. Gran decepción.
Terrible service at the Los Encinos branch. The employees have no attitude of service or taste for their work. I bought a brownie and some cupcakes, I ordered them to go and one of the employees told me that they had no packaging. Later they told me that "they would make an exception" and they gave it to me in a Styrofoam-type package that, they made it very clear to me, was "very expensive." Actually, I was buying from them and it is a situation outside the customer whether or not they have the appropriate packaging when the take-out service is requested. I think they could save the comment in bad taste. Big disappointment.
