Fuimos para consumir 6 personas
Para una orden incompleta con un tiempo de entrega de 2 1/2 hrs casi 3 hrs.
Esperando por la comida y bebidas ya que ni eso al principio que es lo básico en un local de alimentos pudieron llevar ni las bebidas a tiempo ni completas, nos quisieron cobrar orden de papas que no pedimos y llevando otras de otras mesas.(Aclarando que cuando llegamos ni había gente solo adentro 3 mesas con 2/3 personas consumiendo)
El tiempo de espera y hambre fue demasiado que decidimos irnos de ahí inmediatamente a comer a otro lugar, la mesera con cola de caballo pelo negro se porto super poco profesional al estar enfrente del cliente.
Se le pido que cancelara el resto de las ordenes por que ya era MUCHO el tiempo de espera y solo nos cobrará lo que había en la mesa y que no queriamos nada ya.
A lo que responde muy cortante y incompetente que no! Que se nos iba a cobrar porque ya lo habiamos pedido y ya estaban en la freidora en ese momento que pues ni modo no podía hacer nada.
Encima de tu cliente en su cara diciéndole que se va a comer, a que hora se lo va a comer,que se tenga que esperar el tiempo que sea y como te tiene que pagar esas no son formas lo peor que nadie fue a ver la situación ningún encargado o jefe o lo que sea que este dirigiendo a las meseras.
MUY MAL SERVICIO
Nos dejaron olvidados, jamás estuvieron al pendiente de la mesa y un desastre con las comandas tanto ella como con cocina

Waiting for food and drinks since not even that at the beginning, which is the basic thing in a food establishment, could not bring the drinks on time or in full, they wanted to charge us for orders of potatoes that we did not order and taking others from other tables. (Clarifying that When we arrived there were not even people inside 3 tables with 2/3 people consuming)
The waiting time and hunger was too much that we decided to go from there immediately to eat somewhere else, the waitress with the black hair ponytail was super unprofessional when she was in front of the client.
He was asked to cancel the rest of the orders because the waiting time was already A LOT and he will only charge us what was on the table and that we did not want anything anymore.
To which he responds very curtly and incompetent no! That we were going to be charged because we had already asked for it and they were already in the fryer at that moment, so there was no way they could do anything.
On top of your client in his face telling him that he is going to eat, what time he is going to eat it, that he has to wait as long as it is and how he has to pay you these are not ways the worst thing that nobody went to see the situation no manager or boss or whatever is directing the waitresses.
VERY BAD SERVICE
They left us forgotten, they were never attentive to the table and a disaster with the commands both she and the kitchen
