★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me tomo orden una señora y le dije claramente "deme 20 tacos en paquetes de 4 y 1 consomé para llevar" me repitió la orden y supuestamente lo anotó entre garabatos, evidentemente me tendría que dar 4 paquetes de 4, pero me hicieron ¡20 paquetes de 4!, Y en vez aceptar el error o de buscar una solución ¡me hicieron pagarlos!...si cambian su servicio al cliente a lo mejor volvería... pero por ahora estoy molesta y mi familia y yo no volveríamos.
Lousy service, a lady took my order and told her clearly "give me 20 tacos in packages of 4 and 1 consommé to take" he repeated the order and supposedly wrote it down in scribbles, obviously he would have to give me 4 packages of 4, but they made me 20 packs of 4! And instead of accepting the error or looking for a solution, they made me pay them! ... if they change their customer service maybe I would return ... but for now I am upset and my family and I do not we would go back
