El hecho que entreguen el "patio" con firme, y se rehúsen a omitirlo por cuestiones de "avaluó" habla mucho de la calidad del producto completo. En general las casas se ven "bien" pero me preocupa mucho la calidad de la materia prima o mano de obra. Los precios igual que otros fraccionamientos con acabados de mejor calidad.
