Terrible customer service, I had set aside the place, they told me that I could go and give the cash advance on the weekend and it served that I knew the place, I did this out of distrust of a fraud, they NEVER told me that I had to pay for save the date. Two days before my scheduled appointment they write to me and tell me that they have already set aside my date, without notifying me or anything. I lost the deposit of other things that I had already paid for that day in case of cancellation without notice, I consider that they would have at least had the decency to notify and I would have deposited a smaller advance or something.
