El panucho es un platillo típico de la cocina de Yucatán. El panucho tradicional consiste en una tortilla de maíz a la que se le hace un pequeño corte en la orilla y se rellena de frijol colado. Hecho esto, se fríe en aceite o manteca. Posteriormente se coloca encima cochinita pibil, cebolla morada en vinagre y salsa tamulada de chile habanero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quisimos probar por las buenas reseñas, pero no volvemos. Muy mal sazón, carne con pellejos, algunos alimentos crudos y como era lógico, hasta nos dió diarrea. Será que bajaron su calidad? como tantos lugares últimamente. Y nada barato.
We wanted to try because of the good reviews, but we will not return. Very bad seasoning, meat with skins, some raw food and as was logical, it even gave us diarrhea. Could it be that they lowered their quality? like so many places lately. And nothing cheap.
