I’m from Mexico City and I can tell you I had a great Mexican breakfast. Hot chocolate which tasted like Chocolate Abuelita, Chilaquiles El Correo with different sauces and a 100% natural orange/carrott juice.
They didn’t have “pan dulce” though, so we had toasted croissants with butter and jelly which were delicious.
Prices were accessible for every budget.
Would I return to this place?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So easy to walk by this Hidden Jewel where the local eat. We were the only Gringos in the place except for a couple that move here 5 years ago from the States and said it was their favorite restaurant in SMA. Simple, small menu with traditional dishes. My Chile Relleno with chicken was delicious. My husband chose the Chicken Enchilada with Ranchero sauce and cleaned his plate! Service was fast and friendly. I had a Corona and he drank a Pina Colada. With a generous tip it totaled $26.00 USD. I recommend it. Make it your place to eat while you are staying in San Miguel de Allende, MX

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here to see the botanic gardens but wanted a bite to eat first. This place was small but elegant, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I had the three sopes, one with chicken, the other with carnitas and the last with chorizo. The sopes were amazing and the orange flavored water was delicious as well. I honestly recommend the flavored water over any sodas here unless you go with alcohol of course. The green salsa here wasn't hot but had a zesty lemony taste, the red one was though for those who are brave. Did I mention that this place is close to the church and main square! Definitely will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful food, attentive service, and boozy and balanced margaritas makes this a must stop while enjoying San Miguel. This place tends to get busy, as it is an intimate drive ning room, but it's worth a wait, or going during off peak times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place in San Miguel de Allende downtown, if you are looking for tasty and well served Mexican traditional food this is the place you neet to go.
We had de arrachera steak and enmoladas with a guacamalole as entry great food and the clamato michelada was delicious!
If you are around need to try this restaurant! Great quality and service. Thank you!
