Tardarán meses en responder y su servicio técnico no te avisa nada, si tú no los presionas, ellos solo lo olvidan y "disculpe usted" 18/05/2022 despues de mas de 9 meses de insistir en la garantia ya aceptada, me cambian el equipo por un modelo diferente, el cual, en menos de un mes, vuelve a fallar, y ahora se lavan las manos con que salio bien de su instalación, volvemos a comenzar la historia, pues van semanas de reporte y aun no vienen por el equipo. DE VERDAD EVITEN UNA DESILUSIÓN EXISTEN MEJORES EMPRESAS... DO NOT BUY HERE, AVOID A BIGGER PROBLEM...
