Extremadamente lentos, te pueden tardar hasta 2 horas ya sea poco o mucho lo que pides, si valoran su tiempo les recomiendo que nunca compren aquí. Eso sin contar las políticas ilegales sobre cambios o devoluciones. 50 años de mal servicio, increíble que se hayan mantenido durante tanto tiempo.

Pesimo servicio para el cliente, ya sea que pagues por adelantado por transferencia o ya sea que pagues en el lugar. Mal servicio, compras en línea muy lentas y hace 2 semanas hice una compra que todavia no mandan, solo me dieron la guia de envio pero nunca lo enviaron y no saben explicar la razon . Solo culpan a fedex

NO ME QUIEREN REGRESAR MI DINERO POR UN EQUIPO DAÑADO QUE ME VENDIERON. Compre en linea un Barometro y lo mande calibrar. No cambiaba el numero en su pantalla, siempre era el mismo, por lo que me dijo el Laboratorio (acreditado ante EMA) que No funcionaba. al hacer el reclamo de garantia me dijeron que me iban a cobrar una comision por el reembolso y que tardaba 45 dias habiles. ESO FUE HACE 6 MESES Y AUN NO ME DEVUELVEN EL DINERO

Pésimo servicio, me dijeron que si tenían un material y que hiciera el depósito para apartarme lo. Realice el pago y me entregaron incompleto, me dieron más de un mes para reponerme el material y no hay NADIE con la capacidad de resolver la situación. MUY MALA ATENCIÓN por parte del gerente Ignacio López y peor por parte del vendedor.
