★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio (tienen poca atención en recepción, poco amigables y se dirigen en tono golpeado y hasta grosero)
El postre de chocolate malo, textura hielosa y amargor poco equilibrado, mixología tipo smootie demasiado dulce.
No hay Experiencia como tal, al final muy groseramente nos pasaron la cuenta 9:30 y nunca avisaron con anticipación sobre el cierre de barra y cocina, tomando en cuenta que en sus redes sociales cierran a las 11 pm.
Terrible service (they have little attention at the reception, unfriendly and they address in a beaten tone and even rude)
The bad chocolate dessert, icy texture and unbalanced bitterness, too sweet smootie-like mixology.
There is no experience as such, in the end they very rudely gave us the 9:30 count and never gave advance notice about the closure of the bar and kitchen, taking into account that on their social networks they close at 11 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo en este restaurante vale la pena. Si les gusta la comida y le ponen atención a la elaboración es indiscutible la calidad del producto final. Su carta no es fija, lo que lo hace mas atractivo! Dense la oportunidad de probar algo nuevo y salir de lo convencioonal.
Everything in this restaurant is worth it. If you like food and pay attention to the preparation, the quality of the final product is indisputable. Your letter is not fixed, which makes it more attractive! Give yourself a chance to try something new and get out of the ordinary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanto! Súper rica comida, buen ambiente, excelente servicio, vale 100% la pena!
A considerar:
-No hay muchas opciones en el menú
-Cocina para paladares exigentes
-Precios un poco elevados (pero vale la pena)
-Tienes que entrar por mezontle (bar-antro) lo cual si vas en la noche no es muy cómodo y pasas entre multitud (fines de semana)
I loved! Super delicious food, good atmosphere, excellent service, 100% worth it!
To consider:
-Not many options on the menu
-Cuisine for demanding palates
-Prices a bit high (but worth it)
-You have to enter through the mezontle (bar-club) which if you go at night is not very comfortable and you pass through the crowd (weekends)

Terrace that feels like a culinary speakeasy, surprises are given with unexpected ingredients and a surprise in the technique and carefree cooking of Luis Palmeros. A must in Xalapa and probably the best restaurant in the city.

El sabor es increíble, que gusto probar cada platillo y sorprenderse por los ingredientes. Muy interesante cocina, se nota la pasión del chef y su dedicación por encontrar el sabor ideal tanto de nuevos platillos como de uno tan conocido como la costilla en salsa de chile seco.
Mi nuevo lugar favorito.
A very nice place. First class care.
The flavor is incredible, what a pleasure to try each dish and be surprised by the ingredients. Very interesting cuisine, you can see the passion of the chef and his dedication to finding the ideal flavor for both new dishes and one as well known as the rib in dry chili sauce.
My new favorite place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very honest, non-pretentious restaurant with excellent quality food that is worth your while.
The service was great, waiters were attentive but not intrusive. We didn’t have to wait long either, maybe 10 minutes for the starters.
We ordered various items off the menu, starters, mains and desserts. Everything was cooked/baked to perfection, flavour combinations were excellent matches and the presentation was great.
My favourite dish was the duck confit, so soft it was almost melting in my mouth.
This is a no-nonsense restaurant-bar so don’t expect many formalities, just respectful service and amazing food with regional ingredients in the mix!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend this place enough. Relaxing atmosphere with top service and high-quality local ingredients showcased in an amazing menu. They keep things interesting changing the menu often and the price/value is so worth it. Visited 3 times already, last time I went to Xalapa exclusively to eat here. YES, it’s THAT good.
