★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I am ever lucky enough to return to Bacalar, I will return to El Cuate Hamburgesas! Very tasty hamburgers! Quick service, friendly owner and staff. I ended up getting another hamburger to go, for the walk to the bus station even though I was full! Don't expect a gourmet hipster burger, but go here for a local family style/street food experience.
As an added bonus, I had a lovely "conversation" with the owner and the staff even though I barely speak any Spanish! Very friendly people!
