★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De reciente aparición, el culichi bichi, se va integrando a la propuesta gastronomica de la zona. Prácticamente los únicos que venden mariscos sobre la avenida. La carta va integrando nuevos platillos y fusionando un poco con la comida regional. Me parecieron interesantes los sopes de camarón y las quesadillas con camarones al ajillo. No hay salsas en las mesas, debes ir a la barra de complementos y salsas si quieres limones y demás complementos necesarios para comer mariscos. La vajilla de peltre me pareció agradable y muy de moda, falta ventilación y estacionamiento. En general solo dos opciones para casi todo, tostada o taco. Los platillos me parecen apenas suficientes y las bebidas apenas cubren el mínimo si tienes sed. Al menos debes pedir 2 o 3 vasos para mitigar la sed y acompañar la comida. Igual me pareció desigual el costo - beneficio en la comida.
Habrá que visitar nuevamente y extender las opciones para conocer más y mejor.

I found the pewter tableware to be nice and very trendy, lack of ventilation and parking. In general only two options for almost everything, tostada or taco. The dishes seem barely enough to me and the drinks barely cover the minimum if you are thirsty. You should order at least 2 or 3 glasses to quench your thirst and accompany your meal. I still found the cost-benefit of the food unequal.
We will have to visit again and expand the options to learn more and better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un rincón de QRO con muy buen marisco, aunque la mejor opción es pedir para llevar.
El lugar es pequeño y no se presta a la sobremesa ya que tiende a llenarse de humo de la parrilla. El menú, a pesar de no ser muy amplio, cuenta con excelentes opciones incluso para los niños.
Hay variedad de tostadas, ceviches y tacos que puedes complementar en su barra de salsas y aderezos.
El precio es justo para las porciones que manejan, a veces en los ceviches se quedan cortos de mariscos pero nada grave.
Llega temprano porque no hay reserva.

The price is fair for the portions that they handle, sometimes in the ceviches they fall short of seafood but nothing serious.
Get there early because there is no reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los tacos del lugar son lo que más me gusta, pero también tienen un exelente aguachile, cuentan con aderezos variados y muy sabrosos. Las porciones son grandes y bien servidas, la relación costo-beneficio es adecuada. De igual forma los preparados de cerveza están bastante buenos.
Buen sazón, buen tamaño y muy buen servicio, son muy atentos y cordiales.
El lugar es pequeño, pero bien ventilado; es agradable y siempre se ve muy limpio.
Ampliamente recomendado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El local es pequeño pero el servicio de los meseros es muy bueno los 3 que había el día que fuimos eran súper atentos y no dejaban que la gente les pidiera nada.
Eso si debes evitar las horas pico de comida en fin de semana porque si nos tocó esperar 40 minutos.
O si pides para llevar es más rápido el servicio.
Yo creo que la clave es llegar a horas que no sean pico.
La comida es de verdad buena, vale la pena la espera y es delicioso todoooo lo que pedimos, lo que se ve en las fotos no hace justicia a lo rico que está!!
De verdad es un sabor fresco, hecho al momento con ingredientes de gran calidad.

The place is small but the service of the waiters is very good, the 3 that were there the day we went were super attentive and did not let people ask them for anything.

The food is really good, it's worth the wait and everything we ordered is delicious, what you see in the photos doesn't do justice to how delicious it is!!
It really is a fresh flavor, made at the moment with high quality ingredients.
