The Rubio family, deeply rooted in the City of Mazatlán and passionate about art in jewelry, established the El Delfín jewelry shop in their native city in 1984,extending their legacy to their sons José Rubio, Gemologist, and Roberto Rubio, Jewelry Designer, both graduates of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). We have the privilege of being the only jewelers in Mazatlán authorized to professionally value jewels, as members of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers, with code number 97044.
