Les pedí un servicio y se tardan de 4 a 5 días.. poco profesionales porque *quieren* poner condiciones sin considerar el tiempo del cliente? Y luego quedas acordado y resulta que no van a ir? Y si tú no llamas no te pensaban avisar? Para colmo la "persona" te dice que van luego cuando tengan tiempo... ? Aparte pides hablar con el dueño y no te quieren dar el nombre y que no te va a atender? Que pena que no tengan respeto por el cliente.
I gave them one star, because there is no way not to put any. I asked for a service and it takes 4 to 5 days... unprofessional because they *want* to set conditions without considering the client's time? And then you agree and it turns out that they are not going to go? And if you don't call, they didn't think to notify you? To make matters worse, the "person" tells you that they will go later when they have time...? Besides, you ask to speak to the owner and they don't want to give you their name and they won't attend to you? Too bad they have no respect for the customer.
