Si quieres cenar debes reservar, pero con 24 horas de antelacion y en el relaciones publicas, si no esperar mas de una hora, la comida bien, pero muy lentos en poner los platos.

Aunque tengas reserva tenes que esperar. Me pareció la comida muy poca. Yo como poco, pero sino tendría que haber salido a comer en el buffet.

No tiene sentido que desde que pidas la comida hasta que te levantas de cenar pasen casi 2 horas. Ya es absurdo que tengas que esperar 25 minutos para entrar cuando hay muchas mesas vacías, es algo que pasa en los restaurantes temáticos, desesperante. Sobre la comida, hay una isla de ensaladas, 2 tipos de sopa, principal y postre. La carne estupenda, a lo mejor era el hambre de la espera

I can't recommend the restaurant because I am vegetarian, so for me there were only 4 dishes. I didn't like mine. The salad buffet could be bigger. The dessert was good. The location is not bad but nothing special and the service seemed a little confused & stressed out. My parents liked the meat, that's why I give 3 stars, but in my opinion it deserves only 2 stars.

I came with my family on a 5 day all inclusive and we went to El Dorado for an a la carte dinner one night. You do not need to reserve for the restaurant as it’s first come first serve. We were here during low season so we were seated quickly in a restaurant that was relatively empty. The salad bar is self serve and replenished frequently. We ordered a beef steak and a T-bone both medium rare, the waiter asks us to check the cook temperature immediately after placing the meals. The food came relatively promptly, albeit it is not a fast dining experience. Expect for the entire meal to take 45minutes to an hour. The meat quality was good, although flavours were on the salty side. Overall one of the better restaurant experiences at Grand Palladium.
