Amazing experience!

Ita was the most beautifull resort around the world. Thaks for every one.

Just spent 4 nights at this resort and had an incredible time. The Casitas portion of the complex is absolutely the best area! The casita suites are arranged in horse-shoe groups of about 30 rooms which are in two-story, four-unit, palapa style buildings directly near the ocean. They surround a pool with a dedicated bartender who gets to know you; the pool is quite social in the afternoons which is fun, but not at all crowded. The units are a few steps from the beach where you can get a covered beach bed for the day- it's a good idea to get one before 10:00. Pure heaven to spend the day in the breeze on the beach! Speaking of beach, it is not a swimmable area and there are large concrete shapes to break the waves. We were able to get in the ocean up to our waists. Restaurants are good- maybe 3.5 stars out of 5. The resort is all-inclusive but there are some extras they try to sell you which we didn't care for. That is the only downside. The grounds are impeccable and the service is 5 star plus!

The rooms are great. Food quality is bad, we could not finish a sushi we ordered. Ethics of the place are terrible!!! The conceirge who was supposed to help us was constantly trying to sell us bad deals for the Spa, instead of helping us book the one that we wanted, which was already expensive. Everyone at the hotel is constantly trying to sell you something, it was a very annoying experience as no one seemed to care of you having a good time. Also the systems of the hotel are pretty bad, it was hard to talk to room service and they messed up our orders. Finally, at check out we had charges for drinks we never ordered because someone else used our room number and a covid test that they just added. If you are visting any place in the Riviera Maya please aviid this place you will find much better hotels at lower rates and with better services.

Great resort, rooms a bit dated need a bit of a refurbishment. Great service and very good food.

Went here for a wedding! Beautiful resort and amazing staff. You keep the same bartenders and concierge the entire trip. The food was so good!

Staff members gave me inaccurate information on prices and fees for the Naay Spa. They told me one price then when it was time for me to check out it was more then the price they said it would be.. Staff gave me false advertisement !!! Far is the cleanliness the plastic cups from the bars that they served Alcohol in was not properly washed and sanitized!! Very hard for the disabled to Maneuver!!!
