S	Sharon Borg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented kayaks from them every morning during my stay in Bacalar, they are the cheapest in the area 100 pesos an hr and the only ones that open at 6am.. Very good service, highly recommend, Aldo was very helpful!
B	Brian Willi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were promised a tour in english of around 2.5 hours. The captain did not even greet us and only spoke spanish (didn't even try to talk to us) and the trip lasted only 1.5 hours. Would not go here again just simply because they lied to the client.

They told us it was 3 hours, we went for two hours. They told us that the price included the entry fees to the cenotes, that was not true. The guide was on his phone most of the tour. DO NOT GO THERE.
C	Celina S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I ever had as well. Our kayak had a massive hole in it and therefore we sank after 20 minutes. We rescued the kayak on an other peer and walked without shoes and clothes back to the shop. The only thing the workers where interested in is where the kayak is. No sorry no nada. It’s very dangerous renting out kayaks which are obviously broken. They refused to give us a refund.

It took us 3 hours to drag it back full of water and then the time to walk 2km across town to tell them, and then back again to pick it up. They only cared about the kayak and not our safety. Refused to give us a refund saying that we had spent the 3 hours as if we were enjoying it. Avoid this place and be very careful in general not to be ripped off in this town. The overdependence of tourism is making people greedy and ruining a beautiful spot.
D	Diego Care on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation for 2 people the night before for noon but the same day at 10am I was told the boat would leave at 11am. We arrived early and we were the first ones and were told to wait around. At 11:15am after some people started boarding I asked the captain where we were supposed to sit and what he responded was that one of us will be on a flimsy plastic chair as there were no more seats available. I mentioned that to the guy who sold me the tour and the woman who I paid who both agreed that I was there first, but the captain wouldn't move the people that came last. We got our money back and left. The seller and the lady both agreed we should be in the boat but they couldn't resolve the issue.
