E	Eduardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 20 de enero del 2021, pase a comprar una bicicleta pero de las 3 personas que estaban (2 chicas y un varón) ninguno me dio informes, la verdad por tiempo y por la falta de atención decido salirme, mañana 21 de enero pasaré de nuevo esperando que solo haya sido un mal día, por favor tengan un poco de más cuidado en esos detalles. Y no solo respondan a las buenas calificaciones y/o comentarios. También de las calificaciones bajas y los comentarios que hacen ver las deficiencias en la atención y/o servicios se puede aprender. El problema es que llevé una bici nueva a ajustar y en cuanto salí a una cuadra se le salió la cadena porque no ajustaron los límites del desviador, el freno delantero quedó desalineado, el manubrio ligeramente chueco, pero lo peor de todo es que no apretaron los pedales, por lo que a unas cuadras me caí en una avenida. A pesar de todo esto, fue un servicio muy caro y las piezas que cambiaron (nuevas) no las regresaron. Realmente un servicio lamentable qué me recomendaron los de mercurio. D	Diego Alvarez Jaimes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi bicicleta a hacerle un servicio y tuve muy buena atencion y asesoramiento por parte del personal, en cuestion de mercancia es de excelente calidad a diferencia de otros lugares, es por eso la diferencia de precios. Recomiendo al 100 por ciento la tienda y el taller. Excelente ambiente de trabajo, todos son muy organizados. Regresaré con mi bicicleta :) I took my bicycle to do a service and I had very good attention and advice from the staff, in terms of merchandise it is of excellent quality unlike other places, that is why the difference in prices.
