★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas son amplias,con grandes ventanas, muy iluminadas, muy bonitas, con acabados de lujo,tienen roof garden, la cocina integral es muy amplia y con los mejores electrodomésticos, calles amplias dentro del fraccionamiento, tiene salón de usos múltiples, es un bello lugar,los peros, es que la calle de acceso está en terracería, y que está pegado al recinto ferial Metepec mucho ruido y movimiento cuando hay eventos, aunque también conciertos gratis, espero que con el tiempo pavimenten la calle de acceso.
