I took a Vinyasa class from a woman who was amazing! She really got into breath and breathing and I loved it.
The place is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received an incredible shiatsu massage from Mario and couldn't recommend him more! I feel like a new (and more relaxed) person, and especially appreciated the unique stretching and relaxation techniques used in this particular style of massage.
Regarding other aspects of El Estar, the staff were incredibly welcoming and the space was both serene and beautiful! While I did not participate in a yoga class, I saw a class in session and will definitely sign up on my next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My home away from home during my San Pancho trip! This is a beautiful, peaceful, nurturing studio surrounded by beautiful vegetation. An excellent variety of classes from restorative to vinyasa, with offerings throughout the day. The teachers here are top notch: they focus on alignment, pranayama and grounding-- both on and off the mat. El Estar is a very special place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 200 pesos for an hour of yoga seems a bit pricey, but hey, I guess that's San Pancho.
Got great teachers for my 2 yoga classes and the buddhist meditation class I attended was super interesting.
Thanks for making my stay in San Pancho healthier and more fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful class with Susy, she was an amazing instructor. Just the right amount of stretching and challenge and breath. The class was in a very convenient, beautiful and peaceful setting, outdoors but sheltered from the sun. I only wish I could have gone to more classes during my vacation in Mexico. I would 100 percent recommend going to any of Susy’s classes.
