★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful about renting space in this building. It’s very expensive to begin with and not worth the money! I rented a loft in this building using Airbnb but the host tried to charge me for something that wasn’t my fault. Host charged 1000 pesos for a curtain that came down when I tried to open it. I know how to open a curtain. If it came down then there must be something wrong but the host wants to blame me as if I don’t know how to operate a curtain. Charging $1000 for this is preposterous and just wrong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern building with rooftop terrace, gym and pool. Fantastic location in the trendiest area in Guadalajara, also with 24/7 security. Some people rent their apartment on Airbnb but that's up to each owner, not the building's fault!
