¡El mejor pay de todos! Los he probado desde que estaba pequeña, el sabor es simplemente delicioso?

Excelente la calidad de los alimentos, el sabor y la combinación de ellos. Definitivamente es el famoso Pay y la vista es hermosa! Es parada obligada si visitas Cópala ¡Felicidades al chef David!

El mejor Pay de plátano que he probado. Me comí la mitad del pay yo solo en 3 dias, y a pesar del traslado (en moto) y el tiempo, siempre se conservó delicioso. Perfecta crema batida (que normalmente no me apetece), la mejor galleta que he probado en un pay, y un relleno de plátano natural, fresco, y muy delicioso. Soy postrero de corazón, @siempre hay espacio para el postre”, y si van a copala o incluso a Concordia, aprovechen y visiten a David con el mejor Pay que van a encontrar. También he probado el de Manzana y los helados que hace. Desde que descubrí con mi novia el famoso Pay, en solo 2 meses he ido a copala 3 veces para seguir probando las delicias que el Cheff prepara.

Muy ricos y frescos los pays. El lugar con una excelente vista de la iglesia y el atardecer. La atención del Sr. David muy buena.

Muy ricos pays!! El pay de plátano delicioso, ni se diga del pay de limón y de manzana!! El señor David Gonzalez A. atiende con calidez, es muy atento y amable. Su espacio está muy cerca de la naturaleza. Agradable experiencia!!

The best view and pie.

Outstanding banana cream and lemon meringue pie. Made with all natural ingredients from scratch. Our group of five each bought a pie and some breads. So good, I ordered one for Christmas and David brought it to me in Mazatlan while enroute to his Christmas celebration. Outstanding.

I discovered David Gonzalez and the El Famoso pay de Copala through a Facebook post from Copala, Sinaloa. I had recently gone on a day tour to Copala from Mazatlan to see the beautiful old church from the 1500's. While there I found out about the famous banana pie that originates in Copala. I had some at the local restaurant while on a lunch stop and couldn't get the memories out of my head. When I saw the Facebook post bragging about the best pie I thought it was the one I had from the local restaurant but when I started communicating with David he told me they were not the same and that his banana pie was by far the best. Due to the difficulty of getting to Copala without a car, I made an arrangement with my Tour Guide freind to pick up a batch of 10 banana pies from David so I could share them with my friends and neighbors in Mazatlan. When they arrived they were beautifully stacked 5 high in some large plastic buckets in perfect shape. Later that day I dug into my first piece and I must say it was probably the best pie I have ever eaten. A perfect balance of crust, whipped cream and lovely chunky banana filling with a hint of vanilla. Over the next couple of days my neighbors also raved about the pie and thanked me profusely. My only regret was not getting some of his banana and orange bread and trying his home made ice cream. I will have to save that for my next trip to Copala. I can't wait. If you go to Copala make sure you drop by for a visit to his beautiful location a short walk up from the plaza and some of the best pie anywhere.
