My personal experience was good , the service was very kind and the snorkeling tour was fun, the only bad part is the price its a little overpriced for the food, but the food was delicious. you get what you paid for and they were very upfront with the price of it, the charge by the gram for the langosta.

Avoid this place. They are complete scammers. We came to this area looking for Tropicante and they insisted it was them. We even pointed at the Tropicante restaurant and they still claimed we were at the right place. Beware of the taxi drivers as well, they must be in on the scam because they pointed us to this sketchy place in the first place. Go to Tropicante instead -- much better service and honest. Make sure to keep an eye out on the restaurant name on their shirts.

Fantastic!!! Great food, good service, delicious drinks! Kyle took some of our group snorkeling and we saw sea turtles, a sting ray, and lots of fish!! We had a wonderful time sitting around eating and drinking on the beach front. They had a very clean beach and dining area. It completely made our day!

Alex was great, he's the best thing about our trip to Costa Maya!! The resort is great! Good food and really good drinks!! The massage was wonderful, so very relaxing! Will definitely be back!

this place was very nice and caring words are family. They really cared about us and treated us as family even though this was are first time here. The community was very caring towards us and we negotiated for good prices that were the best in the city. Overall the view was beautiful and the community was very nice and beautiful. This place is 5 stars and i recommend you go visit to make your vacation the best possible.

Well, I can only say no so many times but if your okay to say no 100 plus times to multiple vendors during your relaxation time this is a spot for you! No need to waist any more time just go here and get harassed all day. The beach front of about 25 feet was well maintained all day, the waiter wasn't over our shoulders but for the money I count it as a life lesson to never go back. Should of got an excursion or stayed on the boat. Had a taxi scam going at the terminal as well but I'm unable to physically prove this company had anything to do with it so just beware traveler's try to stay away. 4 bucks each in a taxi to get there and 5 each to get back. They had a credit card machine when we got there but it broke while trying to relax.... so for a nominal 37 dollar fee at an ATM you can get cash! Weird, no thank you, and never again.
