Pésimo servicio, en lo que decidíamos que pedir de la carta la cajera nos dijo que había mucha gente antes que nosotros y tardaría 30mn, que revisáramos nuestros tiempos por que tal vez no alcanzaríamos a comer, así que pagamos un par de platillos en lo que estábamos esperando que mi hijo saliera del baño para pedir, le comentamos que pediríamos otro platillo mas en cuanto mi hijo llegara, y se molesto aun mas la cajera, a los poco minutos se acerco nuevamente con un tono altanero a la mesa y nos dijo a regañadientes que nos pasarían al ultimo y tardarían una hora, ya que ellos no podían esperar a nadie, y así fue, atendieron a todos lo que llegaron después y nos dejaron esperando, es un pésimo lugar, ojala cierren pronto es un asco.

Patético todo. Desde el saludo, que no existió, Ordenamos, quise pagar con tarjeta, me dijeron “no tiene efectivo?”. Le pregunté: “No funciona la terminal?” Y me dijo que no. El peor servicio del mundo !! No había clientes, era muy lento en la terminal, pero todas las mesas eran firmes y la mitad de ellas tenía platos sucios. También había comida en la mayoría de las sillas. Las dos empleadas conversaban y navegaban por sus teléfonos. Limpiamos nuestra propia mesa y pedimos dos emparedados calientes de queso a la parrilla. Llegaron con un lado tostado, y un lado frío y empapado. Todo el sándwich estaba frío. Pedimos que se calienten y se devolvieron solo un poco menos de frío. ¡¡Bruto!! No hay manicura y mucho contacto con la nariz, la piel, la boca, el cabello y el dinero. ¡Si quieres pagar por enfermarte y ser tratado como si estuvieras interrumpiendo y limpiando tus propias mesas, entonces te encantará este lugar! Realmente, realmente terrible servicio y comida. Tiramos nuestros sándwiches porque no eran comestibles y estaban fríos.

El lugar es barato. La cómoda es normal que no sea de muy alta calidad ya que es barato. Consumo máximo por persona 100 - 150 pesos. Lo malo es la atención. Tienes que avisar para pagar con tarjeta y más si facturas. Ya que tienes que estar detrás de ellos para que te envíen tus comprobantes. Cuando un proceso de facturación es bastante sencillo. No lo catalogaron como lugar malo solo con falta de atención. Y es normal que si estas acostumbrado a locales donde gastas de 300 a 400 por comida pues no esperes la misma calidad.

La comida es muy buena pero la chica encargada de la es un asco, nunca estaba haciendo nada y dejó a su compañero hacer todo mientras ella se iba a ligar con el guardia de seguridad. Deberían supervisar a su persobal porque yo no vuelvo con ese cinismo y ese trato, además de esa mentalidad.
The food is very good but the girl in charge of it is disgusting, she was never doing anything and she let her partner do everything while she went to flirt with the security guard. They should supervise their staff because I don't go back with that cynicism and that treatment, in addition to that mentality.
