Lo recomiendo ampliamente, eso sí, los lunes descansan y los martes tendrías suerte si están, más seguro de miércoles a domingo, ya que los domingos no se pesca así que el día lunes no hay y tendrías suerte el martes; por lo mismo de que son frescos.
Excellent seasoning, I have tried in several fishmongers but this one in particular sells fresh, rich and accessible products. I highly recommend it, yes, on Mondays they rest and on Tuesdays you would be lucky if they are, safer from Wednesday to Sunday, since on Sundays there is no fishing so on Monday there is no fishing and you would be lucky on Tuesday; for the very reason that they are fresh.
