Quedamos en regresar, para probar su sazón.
Pero ho desilución.
Mi esposa pidió unas enchiladas queretanas y no, nada que ver.

Yo pedí un filete a la tampiqueña, pregunté al mesero, que si era la tampiqueña tradicional, contesto que si: filete suave, dos enchiladas, una porción de guacamole, frijoles refritos. Preguntó el término, tres cuartos, conteste.
La carne un poco dura, bien cosida, ni siquiera era el corte tazajo, las enchiladas sin sabor, el guacamole era aguacate con sebolla picada y un poco de lechuga, ??. Ni los frijoles estubieron ricos.
Mucho esperar para una desepcion.
Y una orden de queso con chorizo, una cerveza y un sidral.
