★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los pollos son ricos y grandes. Los que dicen ser en chiltepin realmente son hechos con una salsa de chile de árbol pero igual están sabrosos. La dueña me dijo que los pollos son alimentados de manera orgánica en Tehuacán en una granja avícola. Investigué con mis cuates veterinarios en esa ciudad y me comentaron no la hay en todo Tehuacán. Sin embargo los pollos son grandes y los de mejor sabor de la región. Ah y en paquete te dan una buena porción de tortillas y arroz o espagueti.
Chickens are rich and large. The ones that claim to be chiltepin are actually made with a chile de arbol sauce but they are still tasty. The owner told me that the chickens are fed organically in Tehuacán on a poultry farm. I investigated with my veterinary colleagues in that city and they told me there is not one in all of Tehuacán. However, the chickens are large and the best tasting in the region. Oh and in package they give you a good portion of tortillas and rice or spaghetti.
