Una sugerencia, al salir y ya estaban cerrando ,hablo un cliente para pedir información y la señorita muy amable le dio información pero a la hora de dar el horario de cierre se volteó a preguntar al dueño y de manera tajante le ordenó decir que ya está cerrado...
Un negocio vive de los clientes y si bien el dueño está en su derecho de cerrar cuando guste o crea conveniente también se le aconseja tomar el teléfono y dar una disculpa o explicación para que el probable cliente sienta que es el lugar adecuado para comprar...es calidad de servicio y muy bien por las personas del mostrador

A suggestion, when leaving and they were already closing, a client spoke to ask for information and the very kind lady gave him information but at the time of giving the closing time she turned to ask the owner and in a blunt way ordered him to say that it is already closed...
A business lives on customers and although the owner is entitled to close when he likes or sees fit, he is also advised to pick up the phone and give an apology or explanation so that the prospective customer feels that it is the right place to buy. .It is quality of service and very good by the people at the counter
