En una antigua casona por la calle hidalgo en unos de los barrios que mas reflejan la gastronomía y folklor sinaloense, en el mercadito de Culiacán, Sinaloa en el año 2005, es donde nace la historia del restaurante el Gallito.
Con la inquietud de rescatar la comida regional sinaloense y mexicana, en un ambiente representativo de las costumbres del pueblo mexicano, nos ha sido muy grato a lo largo de estos años ofrecer nuestros platillos típicos de la región en base a recetas heredadas de madres y abuelas, y un servicio como nuestro slogan lo dice “atención con calidad y sabor”, todo esto agradeciendo cordialmente a todos nuestros clientes que son los que han hecho posible el nacimiento y crecimiento de esta empresa.
El nombre del El Gallito se dio por la gran admiración que el fundador del restaurante le tiene a esta gran ave, ya que el Gallo es el símbolo de la energía, alegría, vigilancia y actividad. Indica también los combates y las victorias, ya que es tanto su afán de luchar y ganar que prefiere morir a ceder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar agradable, todo es aire libre, buena decoración. La comida deliciosa. Lo único que habría que mejorar es la atención, tardan en atender y se olvidan de que se les ha pedido algo y hay que volver a pedir. No sé acercan a preguntar, hay que llamarlos a veces dos o tres veces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente lo mejor en desayunos regionales Sinaloenses. La nueva sucursal Costerita tiene un área bastante amplia con palapa, terraza y un área pequeña para niños. Los imperdibles el De Leonor y el Sinaloense. Para terminar un pan de mujer con café de la olla.

Aquí es para desayunos nomas ya que cierra temprano, no hay área refrigerada pero está muy agradable si vas temprano. Hay áreas verdes y juegos para los niños. Muy buena atención por parte del personal y tienen el menú muy variado. Aceptan pago en efectivo y con tarjeta. Recomendado ?
The restaurant is within the facilities of the Hacienda El Lago Encantado. Here it is for breakfast only since it closes early, there is no refrigerated area but it is very nice if you go early.
