★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio, no cumplen su palabra, se pasan la pelota entre ellos y estoy batallando para que me devuelvan el dinero de un producto que jamas recibí, y aparte cuando pedi recibo de compra, me lo negaron.
Horrible service, they do not keep their word, they pass the buck to each other and I am struggling to get my money back for a product that I never received, and besides when I asked for a purchase receipt, they denied it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio a clientes. Retraso de mas de mes y medio en entregas. Luego igual retraso para instalación y el vendedor no permite contactar a los propietarios, e incurre en falsedades. Queda una muy mala impresión de una empresa con tanta trayectoria.
Very bad customer service. Delay of more than a month and a half in deliveries. Then the same delay for installation and the seller does not allow to contact the owners, and incurs falsehoods. There is a very bad impression of a company with such a long history.

Hice una orden el 27 de diciembre con tiempo de entrega a cuatro semanas. Hoy is 20 de Marzo, y no la tengo. Nunca comunican. No regresan llamadas. Han hecho un sin fin de compromisos y no han cumplido con nada.
Es la empresa mas inepta que he encontrado in Monterrey,
Gustavo: si estas leyendo esto te invito por la quinta vez de regresar al mi llamada.
Estoy dando una estrella pq no hay opcion de cero.

El vendedor muy cordial antes de concretar el pedido; posteriormente contestando de mala manera y actualmente sin dar una solución
