Las anteriores la pedí la pasan al asador y cuando llego a casa salen pedazos que obviamente no son los que pedi. Toda pellejudos y gruesos. El día de hoy procure estar más atenta y cuando veo que la estan poniendo a asar veo unos cortes que no son los míos. Hoy si le dije al carnicero y acepto que esos ya los tenía cortados. Quien le dió permiso de ponerlos? Soy la elegida? Porque en repetidas ocasiones? No se vale que engañen al cliente. Obviamente me cambio unos cuantos pero no sé cuántos se vinieron de la que puso.aqui una muestra de lo que ponen entre la "buena" ? Fué la peor experiencia en comer una doble carne asada )pedí Tbone y Sirloin, chiles, chorizo y guacamole) que bárbaro, la carne.. ni al perro le gustó!!! Sin sabor, quemada, dura, el chorizo se les tatemo, las cebollas muy mal, guacamole sin sabor.. que barbaridad.. Mejor pongan al parrillero a lavar trastes.. y vengan mejor carne cruda o servicio de carnicería solamente.. que malo.. No bueno.. malísimo comí... No sé podía poner CERO estrellas!... Mala actitud, quema la carne, cambia los cortes, hace trampa con las cantidades. Pero la responsabilidad no es de el, es la falta de supervisión. Ojalá mejoren ese detalle que no es menor ya que tira por tierra los elementos positivos. Good meat, good butcher, adequate and pleasant place. Where the matter thunders is in the grill service.
