★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, bathrooms are disgusting no hygiene at all in the camping zone garbage everywhere ? water is dirty the place is totally disgusting ..would not recommend .. the staff dont help ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thermal waters were warm. We stood room rental and at night was an increible experience. Restaurants , bathrooms n showers. Nice for therapy exercises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, will definitely be back. Very relaxing. Only thing don't plan on reservationsat hotel, because they won't hold them anyway. They will rent it out. The room we got because they had nothing left was ok if you like hard beds and no air conditioning. Plan on staying elsewhere.... everything else was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible natural HOT WATER Geiser! Continuous spouting of this Geiser makes it a sight hard to believe. This location has been made into a "water attraction" like a resort / park built around this natural water source. People come from miles to sit in the Natural "Jacuzzi" water & the kids can play in the "cooled off" water pools.
It was once used to create an Electricity source but hasnt been used like that since the 1970s.
They even pipe this natural water source into their restrooms' Hot water faucets!! Nice park facility for a day with the family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have little ones? I suggest don’t waste money energy and life with these people. I was on line to book a room at their hotel just 3 people before my turn as I waited with my 2 and a half girl she started crying. The guy that works at reception named “Juan Hernandez” I don’t even know if is the real name of that coward he told me to make my child stop crying in the worst possible manner. When I went back and asked for his name and to left minutes after I exit this same guy with another worker went across the street to intimidate me they started talking stuff out loud infront of my 2 year baby girl and my 11 year old boy then one of them hit a sign couple of times to make me feel afraid. Worst experience ever definitely NOT a FAMILY PLACE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went to the Géiser, it was full of people, most of them hardly wore a mask, I was in line for many hours, I got tired of waiting and went to a better place. It is the place with more contagions of Covid apparently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels like a little Oasis in this semi desertic area, counts with hotels or you can camp if you want to spend the night, food in restaurants need improvement you and your family can have lots of fun in the thermal waters and geyser steam.
