★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy 13 de febrero 2021, mi esposo compro un pastel y estaba ya viejo y seco. No deberían de vender productos que no estuvieran frescos, ya que el precio amerita un buen producto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaria mas variedad de pan y pasteles,además han subido sus costos,comprendo que usan materia prima de primera calidad pero siento exagerado el costo de sus pasteles. Tenia tiempo que no iba y antier que fui me sorprendí de los costos, los pequeños tamaños y la falta de variedad. Tristemente quitaron las donas con chocolate y chispas ? Solia ser cliente frecuente.
I would like a more variety of bread and cakes, also their costs have risen, I understand that they use top quality raw material but I feel the cost of their cakes is exaggerated. I hadn't been there for a while and the day I went I was surprised at the costs, the small sizes and the lack of variety. Sadly they took away the chocolate chip donuts ia Used to be a frequent customer.

Es una muy buena sucursal, cuenta con estacionamiento y el staff es super amable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una llamada y tres visitas para que pudieran levantar pedido porque no todo el personal sabe levantarlos y la tipa que lo hizo, tiene pésima actitud hasta para entregar como si fuera gratis. Lo entregan sin caja y no entiendo por qué está cuarteado. Pésima sucursal, todo porque me quedaba cerca, no lo vale.
One call and three visits so they could pick up an order because not all the staff know how to pick them up and the woman who did it has a terrible attitude even to deliver as if it were free. They deliver it without a box and I don't understand why it is cracked. Terrible branch, all because it was close, not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encuentras muy buena variedad de pan,pasteles y otros productos sin embargo la actitud de la persona que está en el mostrador atendiendo termina con la buena impresión que se tiene al entrar ni un saludo te brinda mucho menos te menciona si hay alguna promoción en lo personal iba por unas donas y hasta que le dijo a alguien más que viniera a cobrar porque ella estaba en una llamada muy importante al teléfono se me atendió bien y se me mencionó que tenían promoción, creo que no se vale al ser una panadería con cierto prestigio que te dejen parada esperando a que te cobren ni en la panadería de mi colonia hacen eso. Bueno esa fue mi experiencia espero a ustedes les vaya mejor cuando compren ☺️
You find a very good variety of bread, cakes and other products, however, the attitude of the person who is at the counter serving ends with the good impression you have when entering, not even a greeting gives you, much less mentions if there is any personal promotion I went for some donuts and until she told someone else to come collect because she was on a very important phone call, I was treated well and was told that they had a promotion, I think it is not worth it as it is a bakery with a certain prestige that they leave you standing waiting to be charged, not even the bakery in my neighborhood does that. Well that was my experience I hope you do better when you buy ☺️
