★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los pasteles son muy ricos y se disfrutan, en lo que va del año e ido solo dos veces, pero la atención de su personal a sido muy mala, pensé que estaban de mal humor la primera vez, pero en la segunda visita lo mismo, son muy apáticos, te contestan y hablan de una manera muy grosera. La verdad sólo por eso no dan ganas de regresar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por un postre y aunque el lugar estaba con medidas de higiene adecuadas el chico que cobraba, Brandon, terminó de contar el dinero y sin lavarse las manos o ponerse guantes empezó a tocar el pan de mi charola. Le pedí que cambiara el producto y se negaron diciendo que no había pasado nada, conmigo ahí parada enfrente! Muy muy mal servicio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen tener una promoción de 6x5 en donas y cuando te van a cobrar, te dicen que algunas no aplican. Y cuando le intenté explicar a Claudia, la señorita que estaba de cajera, apenas y le iba a decir, fue super pedante y de muy mala gana dijo: ve y quejate con mi gerente.
Cero vocación de servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar bien, pero compre un pastel Salón tamaño extra grande para 30 personas y enserio nada de sabor parecía crudo lo único rico eran los rizos de chocolate nada comible, he comprado en otras sucursales y no he tenido quejas pero este de plano malisimo!!!!! Ha y la ultima capa muy muy seca.
The place is fine, but I bought an extra-large size hall cake for 30 people and seriously nothing of flavor seemed raw the only rich thing were the chocolate curls, nothing edible, I have bought in other branches and I have not had complaints but this one is absolutely lousy !! !!! Ha and the last layer very very dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy tuve una muy mala experiencia, estando en el local 7:15 am, ordené dos promociones de café y pan y tardaron más de media hora en completar mi orden.
El argumento de las dos personas que me estaban atendiendo fue, que el agua de la máquina estaba fría.
Mi orden fue entregada a las 7:45 am media hora después.
Con la aclaración de que en ese momento yo era el único cliente en el establecimiento.
Un negocio de esa categoría y por lo que cobran, creo que cuando abren ya todo debe estar listo, como lo tienen en la PANADERÍA "LA ESPERANZA"
Ojalá mejoren si servicio
