Sucursal muy limpia (de hecho todas las que he visitado).
Trato muy amable, precios un poco por encima de panaderías tradicionales de colonia.
Espacio de estacionamiento.
Excellent bread, coffee, cakes, cookies, very good assortment in everything.
Very clean branch (in fact all I have visited).
Very friendly treatment, prices a little above traditional bakeries in Cologne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Muy mal por las vendedoras! A fuerza quieren venderte las roscas de 2 kg cuando tienen roscas de 1 kg. Mi hijo tuvo que ir 2 veces para recibir dos negativas, cuando por teléfono nos habían confirmado que sí las tenían. Mi hijo tuvo que decirles (después de la segunda negativa), que su mamá habló por teléfono para que le dieran las roscas que decían no tener. ¡Cuántas mañas! Lo peor es que ni siquiera le dieron el ticket por la compra. No tengo un comprobante de la compra y ni siquiera puedo facturar dicha compra. ¡Muy mal por esta gente! La Rosca sale buena y la recomiendo, pero la atención es nefasta, dan ganas de no regresar.
Too bad for the sellers! By force they want to sell you the 2 kg threads when they have 1 kg threads. My son had to go twice to receive two refusals, when they had confirmed that they did. My son had to tell them (after the second refusal) that his mother spoke on the phone to give him the threads they said they didn't have. How many tricks! The worst part is that they didn't even give him the ticket for the purchase. I don't have proof of purchase and I can't even invoice that purchase. Too bad for these people! The Rosca comes out good and I recommend it, but the attention is disastrous, they want to not return.
