★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer compramos un pastel de mil hojas rectangular y nos decepcionó, por cuestiones de tiempo no fuimos a cambiarlo pero el pastel no estaba fresco, la crema se sentía muy seca, como si tuviera varios días, nunca había pasado con el globo, no sé si tenga que ver con la sucursal.
 Yesterday we bought a rectangular thousand sheet cake and we were disappointed, due to time reasons we did not go to change it but the cake was not fresh, the cream felt very dry, as if it were several days old, it had never happened with the balloon, I don't know if it has to do with the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de los pasteles es buena, mis pasteles favoritos son el mil hojas y el de chocolate, las gelatinas no las recomiendo tiene un sabor de por sí muy artificial. En mis dos últimas visitas las cajeras además de groseras parece que te están regalando los productos su actitud es nefasta, sin embargo, la señora Beatrix C. el día 26 de julio de 2020 se voló en su actitud grosera y poco profesional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hace unos días a comprar un pastel, el cual al probarlo se notaba que llevada días en el refri, sin mencionar que en su refri solo tenían como 4 pasteles, no había variedad. El sabor de los pasteles es mejor en los comercios pequeños.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré en línea esperando que me lo trajeran a domicilio y resulta que no, cuando hice el pago llené un cuestionario donde puse mi dirección y para qué? Para que después me llegara un correo donde decía que tenia que ir yo personalmente a la panadería. Además en el correo venia el nombre de una sucursal y la dirección de otra. Marqué a la supuesta sucursal y al número de atención a clientes y ambos me decía que no existían. Cuando llegué a la sucursal de Canal de Garay ya me tenían una cajita sellada con mi pedido, excepto las bebidas esas las preparan en el momento, verifique con la vendedora mi correo y la lista de mi pedido y según ella estaba completo pero no fue así, faltaba pan ? desgraciadamente me di cuenta hasta llegar a mi casa porque la caja estaba sellada con cinta adhesiva. El Strawberry Individual de mi papá GRAN DESCEPCION mide 3x3 cm eso es una mentada de madre, y además ni sabor tenía, ! El Croissant según era de pasta hojaldre y estaba super aguado y sin sabor, parecía pan de 2 días, ese que se aguada cuando lo dejas en bolsa de plástico. EN GENERAL MALISIMA MALISIMA EXPERIENCIA!! Si pudiera ni siquiera 1 extrella les daba ?

The Strawberry Individual of my father GRAN DESCEPCION measures 3x3 cm that is a mother's talk, and also had no taste,! The Croissant was made of puff pastry and it was super watery and tasteless, it looked like 2-day-old bread, the one that gets watery when you leave it in a plastic bag. IN GENERAL BAD BAD EXPERIENCE !! If I could not even 1 star I would give them ?
