★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente nueva sucursal de "El Globo". Nos hacía falta en pleno centro de Azcapotzalco. La atención es muy buena. Todo súper limpio y nuevo. La recomiendo ampliamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bien, los precios bien, pero lo que lo arruina es el personal. Vine temprano para mientras tomaba mi café avanzar en mi trabajo y poder tener algo de tranquilidad, pero los empleados con su musica a todo lo que da, cantando, platicando a los gritos, carcajeandose muy alto y burlándose de un cliente que entró. Qué de mal gusto, en tal caso hubiera comprado mi café en un puesto de la calle. Si pides para llevar esta bien, pero si quieres trabajar o leer mientras estás aquí no te lo recomiendo para nada. Ojalá los gerentes hagan algo al respecto.
The place is ok, the prices are ok, but what ruins it is the staff. I came early while I was having my coffee to get on with my work and be able to have some peace of mind, but the employees with their music at full blast, singing, talking loudly, laughing loudly and making fun of a customer who came in. How in bad taste, in which case I would have bought my coffee at a street stall. If you order to go it's fine, but if you want to work or read while you're here I don't recommend it at all. Hopefully the managers do something about it.

Lugar limpio, cuenta con mesas a fuera con sombrillas sobre la banqueta si no alcanzas mesa o barra dentro del lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si lo que estás buscando es un pastel, pan de dulce o algo que te permita festejar o simplemente comprar por compartir, es el lugar ideal, la atención es muy buena, los precios siguen la línea de la cadena, pero algo razonable, el café no le pide nada a nadie, es un lugar muy bien organizado, además la decoración está muy padres, desde la entrada con las mesas, que se ocupan para tomar tu café, le dan un toque muy padre. El lugar es muy recomendable para ir solo o acompañado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La panadería es pequeña poco surtida para la recurrencia de gente y salvo por la empleada que hace los cafés y la que cobra el personal es poco amable aparte que no están equipados para los clientes . ( Pedí un pastel para consumir en el lugar y no contaban con cucharas ) . Es una buena locación para que tengan así de descuidado .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bonito al entrar solo que su personal les falta más empatía
No sé si era el cambio de turno pero traían su fiesta y es entendible pero no olvidar que está el mostrador y el cliente o trae prisa o le urge entrar al baño.
Y estuve fácil 10 mint esperando a que terminarán su plática. También me sentí robada pedí un latte chai y me cobraron más de lo que decía en su monitor.
No regreso a esta sucursal.

I do not know if it was the change of shift but they brought their party and it is understandable but do not forget that the counter and the client are either in a hurry or urge to enter the bathroom.
And I was easy 10 min waiting for them to finish their talk. I also felt robbed I asked for a chai latte and they charged me more than what it said on their monitor.
I do not return to this branch.
